Welcome to the ERP Lab!

We research the neural processes that govern our perception and attention. Through the use of the "event-related potentials" (ERP) technique we can noninvasively collect ERP data from human subjects. This data is then analyzed to identify patterns that correlate to specific brain activity. Such correlations lead to many useful applications, from verifying normal/abnormal brain activity or response (medical), predicting response (social), brain-computer interfacing (BCI), identifying processing limitations, and so on.
